"Common Tasks" Menu

Does anyone know an easy way to produce a "Common Tasks" menu similar to the one in My Computer, Control Panel etc.... (see attached image)

I can't seem to find a control in the toolbox and it would be insanely useful for the app I'm currently writing.

Looks like three panels with custom drawn (rounded corners) borders, a label and button in a "header" section with a picturebox and a linklabel for each clickable item

Microsoft doesnt offer a full control that does this but you can find some examples of how to make one such as JB mentions above. Also there are many 3rd party controls for sale on the internet that will give you this type of functionality. WinForms Navbar Control - Explorer Bar and Navigation Pane for WinForms

Evan that is fantastic. I didn't think to look for custom controls as I'm not in a position of being able to pay for any but those open source one's look fantastic. I'm going to give them a go now and see how well they work.
Does anyone have any experience of any of them?
