Question Check What Programs Are Using The .NET Framework At A Given Time

What im looking to do is create a listbox of all of the running programs that are currently using the .NET Framework, So far i have coded the listbox with the pseudo code but i need help trying to find what is using the framework
Any Ideas?

That really doesn't help us at all. What did you try and what actually happened? For all we know it didn't work because you did it wrong. It certainly wouldn't be the first time. There's no way for us to know if you did something wrong if we don't know what you did.
