I need to do a reporting application for work and I need charts to do this. Does anyone know of any free charts that can be used to do this? I've found some really good charts but they are all evaluation versions so I can't use them in this application.

I've never used either but I'd look at ZedGraph and NPlot. They are both managed and both free. I'm not sure how their .NET 1.1 versions go on a machine with just .NET 2.0 installed so that's something to consider. NPlot has a .NET 2.0 version in the works and ZedGraph has a beta out for .NET 2.0. Maybe go with the ZedGraph beta and then upgrade when it goes gold.

Thanks for the reply. Searched for about 6 hours yesterday trying to find good charts. But as always open source saved the day! And the two of the best I found were ZedGraph and NPlot! Coulda saved myself ALOT of time if I'd just checked your response *sigh* thanks though.

In case anyone is looking for the best components available (for a price!) Dundas, Nevron and GraphicsServer are by far the best, especially Nevron. You can find them instantly by searching for chart or graph in Google, they're sponsored links.
