Changing the Main Menu Bar

Does anybody know how to change the colors of a main menu bar?
In the end, I want my bar to look and feel like a main menu bar in Office 2003.
Any suggestions?

You'll have to either subClass the MainMenu control or create your own; or look on www.CodeProject.com to find a really good one already written for you. There's a link at this forum somewhere...
