Question change a hand drawing shape using mouse as in ms-paint to regular geometric shape

Hi for all

How can we change a hand drawing shape using mouse as in ms-paint to regular geometric shape like (rectangle, diamond, parallelogram, circle, oval and lines).
I did a program like ms-paint, so i can draw any shape by hand and i want some code to recognize the hand shape and convert it to geometric regular shape, in other words I want to draw a flowchart by hand and convert it to geometric regular or systematic flowchart.
If anyone has some code like this please send it to me
