Answered Cannot open form designer

There is no editor available for...Make sure the application for the file type (.vb) is installed

I have a huge problem, I get the above message when opening any form in our project at work. This just happened today and it is like this on all computers with VS.Net 2008

We have noticed that the problem occurred at some time when we were trying to get latest files from Source Safe. Getting the latest files didn't work at all (new files that was checked in last workday wasn't added to the project, which caused a lot of problems). The creator of those files tried a few things and all of the sudden everything has gone bananas

It works fine when opening other projects

Does anybody have any idea why it does this and what to do to fix it?

I believe I found an answer to the problem:

There was one file that was included twice in the project file. I edited the project file in notepad, removed one of the lines and then it worked again
