Is there an easy way (wizard) to convert access forms to vb 2005? I have a database that I would like hosted ASAP but it will take me some time to get it off the ground if I have to program all of the forms from scratch.
You can get utilities that do this, though i wouldn't like to say just how accurate they are. Especially if you have a lot of databound forms, which i can only presume that you would have. Here's a link, but it's not free to buy....
Thanks for the quick reply and the link. I am going to try that program but, like you, I doubt it will work as I need. I guess I will just have to bite the bullet and do it the 'right way'. I am 'new' to VB, I have created small applications like text editors, address books, etc..., but I have not created a 'real world' application linked to a database. I think this forum will be my best friend for the next few days!
