Can anyone help with install problem?

Could anyone help with the following problems?

While trying to install application that I wrote on a different computer I received the following error message that .NET 3.5 FRAMEWORK failed to install "fatel error during installation."

I have attatched a screen shot picture and the install log along with this post.

Would anyone happen to know the reason why I received this.

The install log says "User has cancelled install" during .Net 3.5 install.

Thank you JohnH. I will tell the user to install it again and DO NOT click cancel at all....lol
