Question missing an installation prerequisite?

I have a vb.net form. It is based on MS Access db and has DataGridview in several forms.

When I try to install the software in my other laptop, I got the following:

Component Microsoft Report Viewer 2012 Runtime has failed to install with the following error message:
"Fatal error during installation."

I tried to manually install Microsoft Report Viewer 2012, but got the following:

Setup is missing an installation prerequisite:
Microsoft System CLR types for SQL Server 2012.

The following components were successfully installed:
- Microsoft? System CLR Types for SQL Server? 2012 (x86)
- Microsoft Report Viewer 2012 Runtime

Still, having the same error message

Any idea?
