Can Any body help me create 5 forms and one report?

Hi
I’m a beginner programmer and I want to do a very simple program using .net 2003 I have VB.NET 2003 and SQ SERVER 2000 in my laptop . I want to design a small program that consist 5 forms and one report . but I don’t know how to start and I want a specific codes that help me to implement this program for example the code for the first form that is asking for the user name and password / code of connection so I can retrieve any data I want from the database /and the code that allow me to chose for example a name from a drop down menu and then retrieve this person information on another form and other selection statements .

Plz if any body can help me to start my program coz i'm really late and i want to submit it

Visual Studio has samples installed with it, take a look at those. You may also want to pickup a book that appeals to you on how to get started. There are also videos available such as www.learnvisualstudio.net and other sources.

I checked the site but if i can get some websites that explain examples using snapshoots it would be better .
