Buttons disappeared

Hi
I have delivered an application to the client and on one machine it is working fine, but on other machine the buttons on the form doesn't appear and he/she can't use that form.

Here is an illustration:

and what's the code to show the buttons?

also a screenshot of the form with the buttons appearing correctly would be nice
