Automatically install additional languages in win XP?

My VB.Net (VS2008) application uses Georgian language..

so I want to include support for Georgian language in my setup package...

now I have to install this manually from Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > languages and install additional languages manually then it requires windows installation CD... its not comfortable for customers isn't it?

what can I do?
can I include these files in my setup package????
