I've got an idea for a gag program. Someone I know has a desktop microphone and has it on all the time. I want to write a program that runs in the background that can detect sound and play a .wav file that randomly says stuff like "SHUT UP!", "QUIET!", "SHUT UP, SHUT THE H**L UP, SHUT UP!!!". I'd like to use it on him for fun.
