2 of the ready-to-launch package are damaged

i attended the november launch in chicago and received a 4 disk set of vs2005 and sql2005 along with msdn library. since i'm still using vs2003, i just got around to installing the new software to test it out. the vs2005 installed ok from its 2 disks but both the sql and library cannot be read from 3 different cd readers.

does anyone know who i would contact with this problem. its sql 2005 standard edition.
