Write to a seriel port on another computer on the Lan

Hi, i´m writing a program, sending my customers a sms using a mobile phone connectet to a USB port (shows up as a COM seriel port) And awerything works fine..

But we have to computers (connectet with lokal Lan Net)

In my program i search for Avarible Com ports, but how to connect to a Com port on the other computer, so i can use One Mobile Phone og Both Computers..
