why would updating or adding records prompt me to save the table

After I add or edit info in a form and exit the form I get a save prompt asking if I want to save all the underlying tables assotiated with the form. Am I missing something in a setting?

(main form has 3 subforms attached. Each subform edits a seperate table)

Is this a question about MS access or VB.Net? If it's VB.Net then can you post the code you are using to update the database.

Erm. THis entire website is about Visual Basic .NET

This forum is about using a JET database (what the world commonly incorrectly refers to as an access database) as a data back end for a Visual Basic .NET back end

It is not a technical support forum for the piece of facading software known as Microsoft Access, part of the office suite, having a name of MSACCESS.EXE


Just something to bear in mind - it isnt guaranteed that people here are skilled in other languages (like VBA) or IDEs (like Access)
