who know upload image to access

i'm new in VB.net, but I faced a problem in here when need to save and get the image from the database.I found this solution in VB6 but what i want is program in VB.net.just request for solution by add a image to and retrieved from access database.who have a complete program...can shared with me...thanks and i will appreciate it.Thanks
