I actually have tried to use this before.. it has some bugs in it. It flickers when you move it , very "laggy" for lack of a better word. etc.. I could never get it to work at an acceptable level for production applications.

One way to make the look of these controls is with Adobe, I have seen some examples of how they make these shiny 3D buttons. Never tried any myself thats my wife's area, I'm the programmer, she's the designer.
