What .NET Application Framework Do You Recommend?

I'm looking to purchase a .NET application framework. We will be using VB.net as our primary language, if that makes any difference. We will be developing both Web and Windows apps, so it needs to support both.

What do you recommend and why?
Are you using it yourself?

Here are two app frameworks I know of just to give you an example of what I'm looking for:

1. PDSA Productivity Framework
2. Mere Mortals .NET Framework
