:homer: hello i've some problems with VB.Net on heart rate monitior on "Wahoo Fitness(picture shown below)". need to program it by having Min & Max heart rate.
using the dongle to transmit the blue tooth coding. Tx & Rx retrieve from bluegiga BLE112 software kit.

How do i even start with putting in the code? this is my Final Year Project. i've no idea how do i do it):

I'd suggest starting out finding out how to communicate via bluetooth.... Google is your friend on that count.

Once you've got that tied down, the rest will likely be a walk in the park.
