Question vs2013 intellisense

i notice my vs2013 intellisense acting weird something. When i hit the . it would start thinking then give me an error and then put "then" in the end of next line. It only happen the first time after loading a project. But if i first click the design view form tab, and it display the loading dialog, before editing the code, it wont give the error. Is there a way to fix it? This never happen in vs2012. There seems to be a problem with the form and code page. Like when i first load a project and i am in the design view form page, if i hit control C and control V, nothing will happen in the design view, but i actually copy and pasting stuff in the code page.
