VS2008 doesnt seem to build or apply any changes...

hi,

does anyone encounter my problem? several days ago... my visual studio 2008 was running properly... but sometimes it got this error... i was trying to build a project... then... when i update something on the form... and when i run it... my changes doesnt seem to apply... also same in the startup object in which i would choose a form to be run first... but it doesnt seem to apply also...

what could be the cause???? hoping someone could answer my question...
