VS 2008; does it mean that it's already released?

You just said that you have upgraded to VS 2008; does it mean that it's already released?
If i remember well the release data was scheduled for february 2008.
It is strange that we haven't received anything yet after the beta 2 version.

Thanks for moving my post to the new thread.
I am calling MSoft rigth now .. they have not delivered anything to us till date. We are MSDN subsribers and i guess we should have it already. Maybe they have good explanation why the new release was not delivered.
