VS 2005 VB.NET application crashes on startup

I have a set of 3 applications developed in VS 2005. When I run the applications on the development computer they all run fine, however, when I transfer them to another network machine only 2 of the 3 works. The 3rd application crashes immediately on start, it doesn't give an error message it simply starts and then drops right away. DW20.exe runs right away as well. Any ideas why this might be happening? the 3 applications are nearly identical with the only differences being a few features are added or removed for management vs. regular staff.

Can you have the one that's failing write to a log file as it starts up?
