VB.NET to Visual C++ 2005 help...

Any body can give me suggestion of how to convert VB.net project to Visual C++ 2005 automatically or with least modification... Is there any available tools to do this?

If not, can you guy suggest a best way to do this migration...

There is a Vb.Net to VC++ converter available from tangibleSoftware. I don't know about the accuracy but there will almost definately parts that you will have to convert yourself. Here's the link...
