vb.net application running problem every time.

Hi
I have installed vs.net successfully without any errors.
I have opened vb.net new project and written MsgBox "Hello World" on form load event and pressed F5 to execute application but it always flashes following exeception

An unhandled exception "System.ArithmeticException" occured in System.drawing.dll

Additional Information :
Overflow or underflow in arithmetic operations.
"

Because of this i can not go further so please help me.
My System Configuration is as follows
810 E Motherboard.
256 MB RAM.
40GB H/D.
Windows 2000 Professional with FAT32 partition.
Service Pack 4 installed.

It is really urgent I'm trying this last 2 months. I want to learn .net
