vb console directory issue

hi. use a screen reader jaws for windows and a blind programmer. and now, just doing a old self voicing vb console app hangman game. but when i try to then run the setup.exe and install, then run, says about not finding directories. so how to fix and supposed to be a self talking game with some sound effects, the old hangman game, which is turn based, and you enter 13 turns to make 6 words and weather you got the word, or not, with sound effects, then if you want to play the game again. any ideas how to fix this..
