User Star rating system in website

I've a website which contains user login control. I want a "star rating system" on my website and which user rated how much would be saved in a database. I'm using vb.net 2005. Please give me a sample code if possible.

I created a user star rating using the AJAX rating control but you need to download the AJAX toolkit if you are in VS 2005.
