Question Url Rewrite without ID query string in url

Hi

I want to rewrite my url without display id field in my url

for example:

From - http://www.domain.com/page.aspx?id=1&title=xyz

To - http://www.domain.com/xyz.aspx

So is it possible to rewrite url without id filed

Plz anyone can help me............
