i have placed the question but no body provide me corret answer
the prob is that m trying to connect crystal reports 9 at runtime to the server and data base but the reports get connected to the server on which they r designed programtically they m triying but no success kindly help me

Does the attached file actually work on your development machine?

what is really your problem?
connection to the database?
failed connection?

yes on development machine it works fine and is connected to the server at which it was deleloped ..

Try this article, it uses crytal reports based on Datasets, This would enable you to create the connection and collect dat in code then pass the dataset to the report.
