UDP Hole Punching -- NAT Traversal

Hi all,

As I am fairly new to VB.Net, I was wondering if anyone could point to, or write something on the subject of UDP Hole Punching(NAT Traversal).

My goal is to be able to developa client/server model/framework for applications that require this sort of functionality. e.g VOIP, Gaming, Video Conferencing etc.
