The best free .NET profiler?

I've been looking for a good and easy-to-understand .NET code profiler that integrates itself to Visual Studio 2003 to help me in my job as a VB.Net programmer, as I'm a newbie to Visual Studio 2003.

I've had a look at Red-Gate ANTS profiler..but its a commercial one..

I'd appreciate some suggestions on freebies as I'm just an employee, I couldn't afford a commercial one. Thank you.
