Subclass Print Cue - Help!

hello all, i am working on a project, and dont know where to begin... i need to make some sort of print billing add-on. I need to be able to keep track of users sending jobs to the printer. I know how to do user management and network support. I just need the ability to stop print jobs before they are sent to the printer and only send specific ones if a pin number is typed. any ideas or direction on this? This help i need is only on the server app, i have the client app already made. just on the server, hooking the print que. I dont have any experience in this. thanks ain advance.
