Stop the flicker

Hi there,

When I run my program and move my mouse for the first time the background image will flicker.

That is the only time it will flicker throughout my whole program. Navigating from screen to screen and back to the start screen again, no flickering happens.

How do I stop that initial flicker?

Have you tried setting Double Buffered to True on the form?

what happens if you open it off screen (x,y -5000,-5000) first, then move it into view?

but I have still problem with: picGraphics.CopyFromScreen (which is unrecognized in my VB.GDI version) !!!!???

and for which I still have not found a replacement or solution.

who knows a bypass?
