Skins for VB

I'm interested in learning how to change the appearance of the Form in VB. I'd like my programs to have their own look. Does anyone have any recommendations for sites that have tools to do this or tutorials? I'm mostly looking for how it can be done right now, more than finding tools, although it would be great to have tools to help do this too. Thanks.

This is just my opinion but i use GDI+ and do my own custom painting when i want a 'new' look for a form. But you can do it in photoshop, or any image editing sofware and set the picture as the background image of your form.
