setup problem

i have a problem installing a vb.net application
when i run the application in my machine runs perfect , but when i generate a set up and install this application in a new machine which doesnt has vb installed and runs the exe file, the application sends me an error :

Cant find the file keycodev2.dll

i copy and paste this file from another machine in windows/system, registered with regsrv32.exe and it doesn't works.

can anybody help me.
