· SQLexposure important but DBAs do the actual SQL work
· If hired, this person would be on-call – currentschedule is once every six weeks

· 2-4 years of experience working in large to mediumsized SharePoint 2010/2007 environments

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Primary responsibility will be tohelp facilitate the success of the SharePoint portal and collaboration servicescontinue growth and custom development initiatives. This includes code development,following SharePoint development best practices when designing and buildingsolutions. Candidate will be part of a team that is responsible for day to dayoperations of the Portal and Collaboration environments with an on callrotation for SharePoint.
DUTIES:
• Act as a liaison between IT and the business on key projects andinitiatives
• Support SharePoint 2010, and 2007 Development efforts
• Development of SharePoint features (wsp), custom web parts, aspx forms,InfoPath forms, and workflows
• Development of custom theme, master pages, or other SharePoint brandingand layout elements
• Development Process Implementation
• Support existing custom developed solutions and application pages
• Maintain custom master pages, page layouts and themes
• Build custom console applications to aid in managing the environment
• Build custom features for collaboration site provisioning and lifecyclemanagement solutions
• Participate in Tier III on call rotation (24x7) for SharePoint SecondaryActivities
• Implement policies, procedures, and standards • Microsoft OfficeSharePoint Server 2007 administration
• Participate in other Portal and Collaboration related integrationprojects
SKILLS:
• 2-4 years of experience working in large to medium sized SharePoint2010/2007 environments
• 2-4 years of experience with SharePoint .NET Development
