Question Seeking help on creating pdf files

Hi everyone

I am now looking for a way to produce pdf files from xls files. Since the completed programme will be distributed to others, it would have to work on environment without the "pdf producer" I am using.

Which is the "pdf producer" to use"?

Remarks: I am now working on the express version of VB 2005 (which does not have crystal report). I have acrobat 8.0 installed but have not figured out how to do that...

Im not sure exactly what you mean, but you could create a Rich Text Editor, but it will not be able to open excel files.

I dont think that this solution can be fixed with Visual Basic, but you could download PDF Creater but it isnt a program that you can distribute...

My issue is... whether there is a way to create pdf files from vb on computers that may not have the programme I used in development (like PDFCreator). Integrating the dll file should be one of the directions to go but I am unsure of how exactly.
