Sedna Database

While browsing the Net jus found out a new Database called Sedna. Which is something like a XML database..... ????????

Have you guys used it with VB or C# .net. Please can you give me some starters tips on this database and about the efficiency of this. And also how to use it wit VB.net i.e. if any DLL files are available..... ?????????
