Question Searching a Tooltip balloon for specific string.

Hello VB.NET Forums.

I'm making a Security Tool which watches for applications which use the tooltip balloon/bubble method(preferably the notify icon tooltip balloons) and then search the balloons/bubbles for specific text.

I'm not asking for the code I'm just looking for a nudge in the right direction.
