Question Restrict webbrowser to local files only

Is it possible to restrict the webbrowser to viewing local saved web pages only and not connect to the internet ?

Thanks for replying, I have spotted this and it works ok. But for some web pages, If I save them as mht files in IE and then load them in the webbrowser, my av program tells me my app is trying to connect to the internet, presumably there is something in the web page making this happen .This doesn't seem to call the navigate event or respect the restricting of domains,
