Question Remote Browser History

I work for the IT department in a government entity and we have a problem with employees constantly going out on the internet to sites and downloading viruses. Certain law enforcement departments need full access to the internet so filtering their access isn't the answer.

When someone contacts us to complain they have a virus, I would like to have a script that I could run to remotely view their internet browsing history (Internet Explorer and Firefox). I'm drawing a completely blank on how to obtain this information.

I use WMI to gather all other computer related data, but I know (at least I'm pretty sure) that WMI cannot pull browser history.

Any ideas on how I can accomplish this?
