SQL server not exits or Access Denied

The Error msg is "SQL server not exits or Access Denied"

in most cases i think that the error may come from the Authentication in SQL Server , you may use Windows Authentication rather than using Mixed Mode Authentication in this case

but as kulrom said put your connection string would be better and tell us about the Authentication being used in the remote server
