I am interested to find out how those tools* for managing registries work. So, i decided to either find a good wrapper code for the purpose or make a .NET app that would find, clean and repair Windows registry problems.
Any suggestion? Link? Any help is welcome ...

The Registry Programs Search in registry for invalid Path and delete them
Some location (you can find them in Registry Programs Help Files) always full of invalid Path
