We resorted using the DataSet, BindingSource, TableAdapter, AdapterManager, and BindingNavigator as seen on the screenshot. We were able to register new accounts from it.
However, this problem may be minor but for security sake, we don't want the system to display existing information upon loading, and have "Add Item" auto-executed after formLoad?
