Redirect My Documents

I am trying to figure out how I can redirect my documents using Visual Basic 2008 express edition. I am currently coding a tool where this will be required. For example, I would want to redirect a users documents to z:\my documents which would be their documents folder on the server. The code should change the c:\documents and settings\bla bla bla to z:\my documents

Any help would be much appreciated.
