okay, the part 1 reading text file above, i already solve it.

Now, this kinds of text file, how to loop it?

use the ole db provider in text mode, with a schema.ini file to describe the layout

actually i am not allow to use the oledb to create the text mode, because I have certain DLL that i need to involve it and I cannot simply using others types of connection string.
