qry in logging to crystal enterprise

i have installed crystal reports 10 in my system
now when i am trying to logon to crystal enterprise the following error is displayed

" Unable to retrieve cluster members,CMS host 'SRIVALLI' can be contacted ,but there is no CMS running at port 6400".

what could the error
any suggestions
