Question problem with save message on Exit from excel

hi friends
sorry if this is a wrong forum.
i create a program that open an excel file and i can programatically edit that. after editing , when i want to exit from excel , a message appear about existing a file with this name and choice replacing or not.how can i prevent appearing this message.

Check if the file exists before saving, and if it does delete it (or change your filename).
