You have that nice 2005/2008 profile, so you need two answers. For 2008 there is a PrintForm component in the Toolbox in Powerpacks section. For 2005 you have to download Visual Basic 2005 Power Packs 3.0 to get the PrintForm component.

i use printform component but it doesn't print the whole form in a4
